As a part of Vigilance awareness week 2021 celebrations, a quiz pgm & a training on the subject “Understanding Vigilance Mechanism” was organised at NTECLVallur commemorating the occasion. The quiz was hosted by HOHR Sh. KM Prashanth in offline mode and the participants had an engaging & an informative session. The training on “Understanding Vigilance Mechanism” which was conducted via MS Teams recorded around 4050 participants with employees connecting from other NTPC projects as well. The session was facilitated by Sh. Rajnish Rastogi, HOHR, NTPCTalcher Kaniha who shared insights on key focus areas such as NTPC Vigilance Mechanism, CDA/ service rules and resourceful case studies related to the subject. Participants keenly attended the session and clarified their queries on the subject.
